3. Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our platform or technology without permission.

4. Payments & Credit System

• GHLSuperLab operates on a credit-based system. You may purchase credit packages or subscribe to a plan.
• Credits are non-refundable (see Guarantee below) and do not expire.
• Unlimited plans are subject to fair use and abuse prevention mechanisms.
• All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

5. Refunds & Guarantee

We do not offer refunds unless required by law. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

If you experience any issues—such as a funnel not copying correctly—just reach out. We'll make it right by fixing the issue, replacing your credits, or helping manually.

6. Fair Use Policy

Unlimited accounts are designed for active business users. Excessive usage, abuse, or bot-automated requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GHLSuperLab is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that:

• All funnels will clone perfectly in all cases (due to custom code, scripts, or 3rd-party blocks).
• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
• Using the tool will result in any particular business outcome.

We are not affiliated with GoHighLevel or its parent company.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abuse, or non-payment.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and any remaining credits may be forfeited.
